The parking in the area is street parking and is completely free of charge. There are a few car spaces available, including some located opposite the charming village church and others further up the road near the phone box.

Tips to note before starting this walk

The walk from Hollinsclough is easy to follow, especially on clear days, with hills visible from multiple angles.

There are no toilets or facilities on the route or at car parks.

The nearest toilets are located in Longnor, which is approximately 2 miles away. In the Derbyshire village of Longnor, there is a small car park with public toilets available.

After completing the walk, there's a pub called The Quiet Woman where you can stop for refreshments and facilities.

While scrambling up the hill is not overly technical, it can be slippery in wet weather.
The Route
